Delete your Kioo account

You can delete your Kioo account and the data linked to it at any time. The quickest way is from the app. If you no longer have the app, send a request below.

Delete it from the app

Open Kioo and sign in.
Go to Profile › Settings › Your data.
Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

If you signed in more than a few minutes ago, Kioo asks you to sign in again first. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

What happens to your data

Your profile, sign-in and settings
Your clients, appointments, visits, quotes and payments records
Your photos: gallery, progress, face analysis, session and verification photos
Your stash, routines, wishlist, shopping list and saved looks
Your posts and comments
Your consent records and pending M-Pesa requests

Kept for the other person, without you

Bookings you made with a pro stay in the pro's calendar with your name removed. Pending ones are cancelled.
If you're a pro, your clients are told their upcoming bookings are cancelled.
Reviews you wrote stay on the pro's profile as "Former Kioo user", so their rating doesn't change.
A pro's own notes about a visit stay with the pro, no longer linked to you.
A one-way coded record that an account was deleted, with no name or contact details.

Request deletion without the app

We'll contact you on the email or phone number you give us to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 7 working days and let you know when it's done.
